By using EzSeller, you agree to these terms. EzSeller provides a secure, tenant-scoped MCP layer for your AI agents to interact with the live Amazon Selling Partner API.

1. Access and Security

Keep your sign-in links and client access tokens private. Administrative operator credentials are not part of customer setup. Do not share your MCP tokens in public environments.

2. API Usage

EzSeller facilitates requests to the Amazon SP-API on your behalf. You must comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. EzSeller is not responsible for API throttling or restrictions imposed by Amazon.

3. Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
